Reservations
RENTAL PERIODS: Weekend rentals available, Also Weekly rentals. Reservations: A reservation is made by sending an e-mail which indicates the dates you would like to arrive and depart, the number of people in your party, the ages of any children. Once the request has been granted and a rental agreement has been sent to the guest, the reservation is held for seven days, allowing enough time for the rental agreement and deposit to be sent by mail. If the rental agreement and deposit are not received within the allotted seven days, the reservation is subject to cancellation. For available rentals with less than 7 day notice; Please Call 800-690-0993 or 336-306-2725 or 336-391-2613 There is a two night minimum all year. The rates for the rentals do not include taxes. Rates may be subject to change, please call for the current rate. Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs during the time the owner has received the deposit, but prior to receiving the rental payment, the deposit will be forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and a successful rental is obtained. If a cancellation occurs after the owner has received the deposit and the rental payment, the entire rental amount is forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and a successful rental is obtained; however, the deposit will not be refunded regardless. Each quest agrees to be personally responsible, and to hold Coffee And A View harmless for property damage, accidents, injury, lost or stolen items as a result of using the any of the vacation rental, facilities, and equipment.
Cleaning fee is $25.00 Any credit or additional charge will be reflected in the deposit refund. Contact us for at 800-690-0993 or 336-306-2725 / 336-391-2613 with questions or comments. We advise cancellation insurance to cover for any unseen circumstances, companies providing coverage include: Travel Guard and Access America.
